Hawa Mahal Museum for a Historical Vision

The Hawa Mahal Museum is located in the cultural city of Jaipur in Rajasthan. It was built by the great emperor of Rajasthan, Sawai Pratap Singh in the year 1799. It is kind of a honeycomb structure which resembles any palace and is built with thousands of small windows. The palace is very famous because of these thousand windows only, through which the winds can circulate in and out. In addition it keeps the place temperate as per in the all changing seasons. The best time to visit this magnificent place is from the month of October to February.

The manuscripts at this palace are from the ancient days and displayed here. The history and art lovers from all over India visit this place because of its great antique collection. The Royal Orders letters are quite fascinating too which are displayed in the museum. The armory gallery consists of the swords to knife collection. The war dresses are quite magnificent too. The coin gallery contains the largest collection of the silver and gold coins of the different ruler’s time.
