Exploring Biggest Buddhist Tawang Monastery of India

The building is three storey architecture extended over an area of 135 sq. metres and surrounded by a 610 metres long wall. It has 65 buildings with no. of lanes. Beside this, this monastery also has a library and a craft centre. A number of festivals and fairs like Losar are celebrated here. All festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm in the form of some religious ceremony.
